Here at Tributary Real Estate, we’re proud to have a close-knit team of talented professionals whose unique perspectives and specialized expertise not only make them invaluable assets to our team, but to our clients and the broader Denver business community.
In this series, we’ll highlight each employee to learn more about who they are, what they do and how they further Tributary’s mission of leveraging trusted relationships, depth of experience and robust real estate knowledge to provide a customized approach to commercial real estate brokerage and investment services.
Here’s what Bart had to say:
What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The most rewarding aspect of the job is really getting an understanding of what our clients are looking for in their respective spaces. Despite the evolution of the workplace, we’re finding that most clients still need space, and by helping them shape that vision, I feel very fulfilled.
What’s the most challenging aspect of your job?
Understanding the in-and-outs and complexities of commercial real estate is such a long-term play. Leveraging my team’s knowledge and the resources available to me to build upon my expertise and make the right decisions for our clients requires hard work and perseverance.
What real estate trend(s) are you excited about right now?
I am excited that employers are asking their employees what they want in an office space and truly value their feedback. Within the broader CRE industry, there’s a heightened focus on and conversation around the experiences that spaces can create, whether that be retail, multifamily, office or healthcare.
What distinguishes your team from other real estate brokerages?
The biggest difference I see is that everyone at Tributary wants to be successful and supports each other to ensure everyone achieves that success. Everyone works hard, but our team appreciates the little things and takes the time to slow down and celebrate them.
How do you get involved in the community?
I serve as a board member for the Society of Orphaned Armenian Relief (SOAR), an Armenian nonprofit, serve on the membership committee for Mile High Young Professionals and am involved in Big Brother Big Sisters.
What’s Denver’s best kept secret?
The Baker neighborhood –and South Broadway as a whole- have so much to offer. The old Victorian homes have so much charm and you have access to everything from Wizard’s Chest to hole-in-the-wall dive bars.
