Describe a recent favorite, interesting, or challenging deal.
Recently, I’ve enjoyed working with a startup searching for their first office space. They have energy and enthusiasm to grow their business and are excited to bring their team together to drive positive culture and lasting innovation within the firm. This type of client is especially fun to work with, and I take pride in being their trusted advisor.
What’s the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Thinking outside the box to solve problems.
What inspires you?
Helping others! I currently serve on the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Health and Wellness Committee and am an active member of the Downtown Denver Partnership. I also volunteer at my children’s school.
Describe a recent situation when you went to a colleague for insight or advice.
I have yet to experience a transaction where there wasn’t a challenge to dig into with a fellow team member. Luckily, we have an extremely collaborative culture conducive to synergistic problem solving, allowing us to work out the best solutions for our clients.
What distinguishes your team from other real estate brokerages?
We are a family! Our core values shine through in the work we do every day.

Efrain’s Mexican Restaurant – the chilies are hot and the margaritas are even better!
