DENVER (July 9, 2019)Tributary Real Estate, a fully integrated brokerage, development and investment firm based in Colorado, recently welcomed Director of Investments Allison Bert and Associate Broker Michael Harpole to its team.

With more than a decade of experience in real estate, investment management and business development, Bert performs financial analysis on real estate investments and assists with investor relations and capital markets strategies. She is particularly skilled in conducting investment analysis and market research, honed through her time working as a research analyst for a $30 billion portfolio.

“Allison’s expertise managing high-value portfolios will help equip our team to further scale the amount of capital deployed, increase our portfolio of properties under ownership and management, and continue to provide significant returns to our investors,” said Ryan Arnold, a founding partner at Tributary.

Bert received a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance and a Master of Business Administration and Management from Bentley University.

As Tributary’s newest broker, Harpole assists with business development and provides transaction support. Prior to joining the team, Harpole worked as a business technology consultant for Deloitte, where he developed skills related to data strategy and analytics and improving processes and reporting systems for his clients.
