Part of the attraction to this area in RiNo, and the district in general, is the creative, energetic vibe, said Ryan Arnold, a founding partner of Tributary Real Estate, which is involved in the development of Rev360. It also played a role in the land acquisition that brought Natural Grocers and Collegiate Peaks Bank to the neighborhood, Arnold said. These buildings are next to each other on Brighton Boulevard.
“Our focus at Tributary was building a neighborhood, and community within a community,” he said, while acknowledging that there was potential for a lot of changes that could happen at the 38th and Blake Station area. This means being thoughtful about the uses and projects within the area – buying parcels of land and working with other developers and users to make sure the neighborhood would have a variety of uses — hence the establishment of a grocery store and bank along the boulevard.
