Denver-based Tributary Real Estate recently purchased Globe4Hundred, a three-story, mixed-use office building at 400 W. 48th Ave. in Globeville, for $11.2 million, the firm announced earlier this month.

Tributary said the purchase was made in partnership with JLL managing director Ken Gooden. A JLL Capital Markets team led by managing directors Larry Thiel and Jason Schmidt represented the seller, NAS Properties, in the off-market transaction.

Globe4Hundred is located on a 4.75-acre parcel just northwest of the intersection of Interstates 25 and 70. The building includes 93,000 square feet of office space and 5,000 square feet of retail, and is fully leased to seven tenants, including Sunflower Bank, Farrington Construction Management and Colorado Uplift.
