With a background in consulting and analytics, Michael Harpole brings a unique perspective to his role as a senior broker with Tributary Real Estate. A motivated self-starter with a strong aptitude for problem-solving, Michael believes in the power of strategic thinking and maintaining close client relationships to achieve success.

At Tributary, Michael assists on the business development side of Tributary, helping to expand our growing network within the Denver community. He provides strategic recommendations and delivers market and financial analysis to negotiate deal structures. In Michael’s 4 years at Tributary, he has been a part of more than 50 successful transactions brokering nearly 300,000 SF of commercial space.

Prior to joining the Tributary team, Michael worked as a business technology consultant for Deloitte, where he combined his passion for strategy and analytics to improve processes and reporting systems for his clients. Leveraging his project management skills and polished attention to detail, he managed the implementation of real estate software across 200+ international locations for the world’s largest retailer. While working on these types of projects, he discovered a real passion for commercial real estate.

Michael received a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas Christian University, where he also worked full-time in the athletics department. He is also a part of the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation’s Impact Denver class of 2019 and a member of the Downtown Denver Partnership Leadership Program class of 2020. Born and raised in Colorado, Michael enjoys skiing, hiking, fly fishing, and mountain biking – basically anything outdoors.
