Mark Floersch brings more than 14 years of office tenant representation experience to his role as a senior broker at Tributary Real Estate. His results-oriented approach and ability to deliver solutions that align with each client’s unique business goals and objectives have earned him the trust and loyalty of an extensive client base.
Leveraging his deep knowledge of current industry trends, Mark is exceptionally adept at translating market intelligence into actionable real estate decisions. Prior to joining Tributary, Mark served as a senior associate at CBRE.
During his 10 years as a tenant rep in the competitive downtown Chicago market, he focused almost exclusively on the financial sector, primarily fast-growing high-tech trading companies with complex infrastructure needs. Since moving to Denver in 2016, Mark has expanded his client portfolio across all sectors, representing multiple high-profile clients while maintaining his Chicago license and client base.
A passionate advocate for community involvement, Mark currently serves as a committee member for First Tee of Denver and regularly volunteers at the Food Bank of the Rockies and Platt Park Church. He has also served on the golf committee of the Denver Scholarship Foundation for the past two years.
Mark earned his bachelor’s degree from Miami University. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, playing golf and spending time with his wife, two sons, and dog, Stella.
