PRESS RELEASE: Tributary Real Estate Acquires Two Acres in Denver’s RiNo Neighborhood
$8 Million Acquisition Marks Milestone for Future Mixed-Use Development
DENVER (June 8, 2017) – Tributary Real Estate, a Denver-based fully integrated real estate firm that focuses in Denver’s urban neighborhoods, has acquired two one-acre parcels located at 3600 and 3695 Wynkoop Street in RiNo for $8 million.
“These two closings represent another milestone in our overall master plan that will create a vibrant and walkable neighborhood on the west side of the 38th and Blake transit stop,” said Ryan Arnold, Co-Founder of Tributary Real Estate.
The two parcels, purchased from Gary Giambrocco, owner of Giambrocco Food Service, currently includes two buildings, including the Glitter Dome, a 38,000-square-foot warehouse used as a training rink and event space. Tributary will take control of leasing and managing of the warehouses until redevelopment begins.
Tributary is currently under contract to acquire the remaining Giambrocco Food Service buildings in the area, closing at a later date, as part of the company’s master plan for the community.
“We’re pursuing both adaptive reuse and new-build projects to create a unique community with walkable access to office space, retail, restaurants, hospitality and other types of destination entertainment,” added Arnold.
Tributary also acquired and then recently sold a third lot, located at 3609 Wynkoop, to McWHINNEY, who is currently under construction on a micro-unit apartment building called RiDe at RiNo.
Other Tributary projects in the area include Revolution 360, a nearby office and retail project at 36th and Brighton Boulevard, slated to begin construction in the first quarter of 2018.
