Taylor Rockhold brings nearly a decade of project management and strategic operations experience to her role as operations director at Tributary Real Estate. A results-oriented leader with a passion for building relationships, Taylor oversees day-to-day operations for Tributary’s brokerage, development, investment and lending service lines. She also leads human resources for the firm, managing on-boarding of new employees, as well as payroll, compensation and benefits.
Prior to joining Tributary, Taylor honed her operations management skills at Five Points Development Corporation, where she managed real estate project development, property management, and external and internal communications. She also worked at MillerCoors as a guest operations supervisor, helping to manage various special projects regarding tour operations.
A tireless advocate for the future of the Mile High City, Taylor is heavily involved in Denver’s business community, serving as the CityBuild Denver Chair through the Downtown Denver Partnership. In 2019, she was awarded the Downtown Denver Champion Award, given to individuals by the Downtown Denver Partnership for their dedication, leadership, passion and vision for downtown Denver. Taylor also regularly serves on the Women’s Foundation of Colorado Empowerment Council, a group of emerging philanthropists committed to accelerating gender equality.
Taylor received a bachelor’s degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois with a major in public relations and a minor in international studies. She has received Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Metro State University in Denver.
When she’s not working or volunteering, Taylor enjoys getting outside in the mountains with her dog and adventuring to new places with friends.
